Aaron T. Olejniczak is an non-equity partner attorney at Andrus, Sceales, Starke and Sawall.

Aaron's practice involves dispute resolution and litigation services for all intellectual property matters, U.S. and international patent preparation and prosecution, and counsels clients on patent, trademark and copyright enforcement and infringement concerns. Aaron is also active in assisting clients with issues involving technology transfer, licensing, confidentiality and other agreements or contracts.

Mr. Olejniczak provides legal advice in diverse technologies, from biotechnology, chemistry and metallurgy to the mechanical and electrical fields. He has experience in many industries including: computer peripheral re-manufacturing, biological and chemical laboratory equipment, filters and filtering media, molten metal casting, industrial paper equipment, and medical devices.

Aaron is a graduate of The University of Notre Dame (B.S. Science and Business Pre-Professional Studies, 1998) and received his law degree from the University of Wisconsin (J.D. 2002). While at UW law school, Mr. Olejniczak was a member of the Intellectual Property Moot Court Team and the President of the Intellectual Property Student Organization.

Mr. Olejniczak is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the Supreme Court of Wisconsin, the Eastern and Western District of Wisconsin and many other Federal District courts. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Seventh Federal Circuit Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, and the Wisconsin Intellectual Property Law Association.

Prior to joining Andrus, Sceales, Starke and Sawall, Aaron worked as a litigation paralegal. Mr. Olejniczak has also spent time working in the downhill skiing industry and the professional football industry.
