
Aaron T. Olejniczak
Aaron T. Olejniczak is a partner at Andrus, Sceales, Starke and Sawall.
Aaron's practice involves dispute resolution and litigation services for all intellectual property matters, U.S. and international patent preparation and prosecution, and counseling on all patent, trademark and copyright concerns. Aaron provides infringement, novelty and right-to-use opinions in a wide variety of technology areas. Aaron is also active in assisting clients with issues involving technology transfer, licensing, confidentiality and other agreements or contracts.
Mr. Olejniczak provides legal advice in diverse technologies, from biotechnology, chemistry and metallurgy to the mechanical and electrical fields. He has experience in many industries including: construction equipment, biotechnology, molten metal casting, biological and chemical laboratory equipment, filters and filtering media, industrial paper equipment, and medical devices.
Aaron is a graduate of The University of Notre Dame (B.S. Science and Business Pre-Professional Studies, 1998) and received his law degree from the University of Wisconsin (J.D. 2002). While at UW law school, Mr. Olejniczak was a member of the Intellectual Property Moot Court Team and the President of the Intellectual Property Student Organization.
Mr. Olejniczak is registered to practice before the Supreme Court of Wisconsin, the Eastern and Western District of Wisconsin, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and many other Federal District courts. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the American Bar Association, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Milwaukee Bar Association, and the Wisconsin Intellectual Property Law Association.
