Gary A. Essmann

Gary A. Essmann is a partner at Andrus, Sceales, Starke & Sawall.

Mr. Essmann received his education at Marquette University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics in 1969, a Master of Science degree in Physics in 1976 and a Juris Doctor degree in 1978.

Mr. Essmann is admitted to practice before the State Bar of Wisconsin, the U.S. District Courts, Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Mr. Essmann is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Seventh Federal Circuit Bar Association, the American Bar Association (Sections on Litigation and Intellectual Property Law), the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Wisconsin Intellectual Property Law Association (Secretary-Treasurer, 1989-91), and the Milwaukee Bar Association.Mr. Essmann has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Marquette University.
