William L. Falk

William L. Falk is a patent agent at Andrus, Sceales, Starke and Sawall.

Bill's practice involves U.S. and foreign patent preparation and prosecution; and advice to clients regarding protection of their inventions.

Mr. Falk has an experienced background working with many products, including electromechanical controls, construction materials, HVAC apparatus, electrical transfer switches, hand tools, emergency vehicle seating, paper cup machinery, packaging, beverage dispensing equipment and exercise equipment.

Bill is a graduate of Marquette University and received his engineering degree (B.S.E.E.) in 1971.

Bill is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Wisconsin Intellectual Property Law Association.

Before joining Andrus, Sceales, Starke and Sawall, Bill served as a patent examiner in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, worked in two major law firms and represented several major corporations as a patent agent.
